In fact lose weight is quite simple, you only need to want and to motivate. And there is no secret, because it has long been known and applied in all - a calorie deficit in conjunction with proper nutrition.

My weight on December 20:

I have this month weight goes very badly. The third week of the disease makes itself felt. Plus I just now realized that the syrup that I drink cough - contains a significant number of calories, which I did not take into account))).

Anyway. What are our years, just a little bit and we'll achieve the desired results.

Once again I want to remind you that we should not strive for rapid weight loss and underestimate the calorie content. Only 15-20% of the calorie deficit - and we are full, we are tasty, but still losing weight. And most importantly, without harm to health.

I move on to the menu for the day.

This morning I decided to try dumplings with suluguni which to stick the other day.

150 g dumplings with suluguni, herbs and garlic (weighing frozen) with 15 g of 10% cream left in my 395 kcal.

After tea leaves - green tea, which took her to the computer and drank at work.

Also, I remember every day for breakfast drink vitamins and omega-3 capsule.

Percus - green tea and sandwich for wholemeal bread (25 g) with butter (less than 5 g) and caviar carp (25 g). And 125 g of tangerine.

Snack turned on 115 kcal.

And throughout the day I ate 15 grams of cashew nuts - 130 kcal.

Somehow lately there is nothing interesting. With the onset of autumn - winter of my physical activity fell significantly. A huge amount of time I spend at the computer, literally from morning until late evening.

Already I am dreaming of the coming of spring, that I will again ride a bike, ride it to the quarry and swim in the summer, as it was this summer (though not so long, the summer has brought with warm days).

And even if I have to get up much earlier in order to plan your day and working moments, but it's worth it.

Another new year has not come, and I'm already dreaming of the warm days).

For lunch I cooked the chicken broth and separate decoction vermishelku durum wheat.

Lunch - a plate of chicken soup with noodles (400 g) and 50 g of boiled meat chicken drumsticks. Also, about 100 g of tomatoes with herbs.

I get dinner on 280 kcal.

After lunch tea drunk with chocolate 75% (20 g) - 110 kcal.

After lunch, back to work, but still have to prepare a few recipes to share with you then snacks.

Well, I have left from yesterday's chicken breast of chicken, baked with oranges and a chicken breast, you can simply cut vegetable salad.

Dinner - 170 grams of chicken breast, baked with oranges and vegetable salad tomato and onion red (about 130 g), filled with 15 g of 10% cream. All went to dinner 260 kcal.

The day came in 1290 kcal.

BHA: B - 100, F - 57, U - 84.

Recently I did not get carbohydrates and decently nedobirayu. Maybe even so it is worth the weight. Thought crept stressanut body piece of cake. I will bear it until next weekend, just my husband's birthday and I will be his favorite cake oven.

I keep drinking regime. Fasting drink water each time for 15 minutes before the meal, and then gets its norm when a desire to drink.
