Today I will share a great idea of filling for pita envelopes. It takes just 2-3 minutes to prepare it. It turns out very tasty, satisfying, interesting and not expensive.
So, we need two hard-boiled eggs. Mash them with a fork in a bowl. Add one small tomato cut into small cubes there.
Next, we send canned fish to tomato and eggs, it can be tuna, pink salmon or, like my Iwashi. It also needs to be kneaded with a fork. I also definitely add dill, I have it frozen since summer.
I mix everything well and stuff the envelopes.
When all the envelopes are ready, I put a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil on the fire to heat up. The envelopes need to be fried on both sides for literally 1 minute. The main task is to make pita bread crispy and appetizing.
