Today I want to share with you a recipe for cooking beef.

The other day I was doing magic at the stove, deciding to cook a piece of beef. I cooked, cooked, and in the end I realized that I got a banal beef stroganoff, but less high-calorie and fatty than usual.

To prepare the dish, I used the following ingredients:

  • 445 g lean beef
  • natural yogurt - 160 g,
  • 2 medium onions - 200 g
  • 15 g whole grain rice flour,
  • tomato paste - 5 g,
  • dried garlic, pepper, salt, suneli hops to taste.

Cooking.

The first thing to do is cut the beef into thin slices.

The thinner the pieces, the faster the dish will cook. But a lot also depends on the quality of the beef.

We send thinly sliced ​​pieces of beef to fry over high heat. I greased the pan with a drop of oil.

While the beef is fried, cut the onion into thin half rings.

As soon as the excess liquid evaporates and the meat is lightly fried, add spices: salt, black pepper, dry garlic and a pinch of hops-suneli.

Mix and add the onion directly to the meat. Fry the onions until golden.

You can fry the onion separately and add it to the meat, but for me this is unnecessary trouble, and does not significantly affect the taste.

As soon as the onion is fried, add the flour and mix well. Then add yogurt and tomato paste, fill with water and stir so that there are no lumps left.

Simmer until the meat is cooked. This can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 30 minutes, depending on the quality of the beef you are using.

Serve with your favorite side dish. Delicious with buckwheat, bulgur, rice or boiled potatoes.
