This method is a godsend! Everything ingenious is simple. And I agree with this expression 100%.
Maybe someone knew this method of chopping garlic, but I discovered it very recently. And I find it easier than using a blender, grater or press to mince garlic. At least because it's faster. While you take out your blender, I'll grind everything up! So it also needs to be washed later.

I had 6 large cloves in one head of garlic.
I take a regular plastic bag and put all the garlic in it.
