COOKING A BISCUIT

Beat 4 eggs, 60 g applesauce and 90 g sugar into a light, fluffy, stable foam.

I add flour and starch in two or three doses. Stir the dough and put it on a baking sheet.

I bake a biscuit at a temperature of 175 ° C with convection or 190 ° C without convection for about 15 minutes.

I decided to make a couple of these cakes. One is round - my ring diameter is 10 cm, the other is square, for a change.

PREPARING FRUIT CREAM

I will cook a fruity cream cheese.

To do this, I take 300 g of cream cheese and add 150 g of heavy cream here.

First, all products just need to be stirred with a mixer at low speeds.

Then I gradually increase the speed and beat everything until smooth. I add 130 g of apple caramel and mix at low speed.

For convenience, I transfer the finished apple custard into a pastry bag.

ASSEMBLING BENTO CAKES

I take it out of the fridge apple biscuits and soak them with apple juice, then coat with cream.

Ready cakes I put it in the refrigerator, let the cream stabilize.
