By the evening I got off work and went to cook dinner. Fried sea bass fillets in a little vegetable oil. I saw on the counter that I lacked fat in my diet today and had a supply of free calories, so I allowed myself perch fried in butter.

My dinner is 180 g of fried sea bass (raw weight of fish) with 150 g of baked potatoes.

It turned out to be a dinner for 455 kcal.

2.5 hours before bedtime, I ate yogurt (140 g), to which I added fiber and literally 20 g of raspberry jam.

Came out on 165 kcal.

At first I wanted to eat just yogurt with fiber, but after eating a spoon, I realized that I needed to sweeten my evening.

The result of my day: K - 1485, B - 109, F - 55, U - 132.

I do not forget to drink my norm of clean drinking water, not counting tea and other liquids.

From communication with you, I realized that many, like me before, drink very little pure drinking water. Someone is better off drinking 3 liters of tea, juice or other drinks, but not water. And in vain!

To get used to the amount of water I needed, I put a reminder on my phone, which reminded me every hour to drink some water.

I always keep a bottle of water in front of my eyes - I saw it - I drank a little water.

Before each meal I drink a glass of water, as well as immediately in the morning on an empty stomach.

And the most, in my opinion, the main thing is to gradually get used to everything (including the norm of water, if you practically did not drink water before), and not suddenly start to wind 2-3 liters of water into yourself.
