After starving diets, I came to a tasty and comfortable weight loss - minus 63 kg in 2 years. An example of my slimming menu.

I would like to wish delicious and comfortable weight loss to all those who are tired of diets, hunger strikes, fasting days. To everyone who loves himself and tries to maintain health, and not undermine it with another hunger strike on the water.

Practice shows that not everyone can rebuild and approach their diet rationally. Apparently stepping on the same rake, walking in circles, driving yourself into a corner, and then telling everyone that he is recovering from the smell of food is such fun.

The desire to lose weight as quickly as possible, harming your health, cannot be explained.

But everyone chooses their own path.

My choice was made long ago, and this choice helped me lose weight and helps maintain the result.

Yes, I made mistakes along the way and am reaping the fruits of these mistakes. I had a low calorie intake, and low fat, and a fear of evening carbohydrates - which I have already told many times. And I still try to overcome the consequences of low calorie intake.

From my own experience, I know what mistakes can be made and I know their consequences - therefore, with my articles I try to prevent your mistakes, help preserve health, beauty and become slim.

I will give an example of my slimness menu to show how you can eat, counting KBZhU and not gain excess weight, but even lose weight.

Breakfast is a cheese cake. Today I cooked it with yogurt (50 g) with 1 chicken egg, 20 g of whole grain rice flour, spices to taste and baking powder. And of course, 50 g of cheese is a cheese cake!

I ate a cake with green tea. Happened 395 kcal.

Monday is a hard day. After the weekend, I really don't want to get back to work, but I have to.

It's freezing outside (it's good that I don't need anywhere), and it's not hot at home either, hands get cold when working at a computer.

For a snack, I decided to pamper myself with sweets and warm up with tea. Drank green tea withmarshmallow - 135 kcal.

I ordered another marshmallow, which we like, and this time I took a strawberry one. I liked it. Personally, now my favorites are flavors: ice cream and strawberry.

For lunch, I finished the last portion of beef (almost Stroganov style) - 200 g, 150 boiled potatoes, 110 g of tomato and 70 g of radish.

It turned out lunch for 390 kcal.

The amount of food on the plate delights the eye. And how can you say that you can't eat so much?

I understand when people who do not delve into the text say that I eat a lot and that it is impossible to lose weight on such an amount of food. Indeed, according to the photo, there is indeed a lot of food. We, who consider KBZhU, understand what's what.

But to say that this is hunger is beyond my comprehension.

Today I finished work early and went to cook in the kitchen. I got tired there, but I cooked cutlets for a couple of days, and a dessert ala napoleon, with a recipe that maybe I will share with you (if I am satisfied with the KBZhU, when I count it) and the vinaigrette is now on a couple of days.

I decided to prepare a dessert in honor of Epiphany. By the way, I congratulate everyone on the holiday!

My dinner is 200 g of vinaigrette, seasoned with 5 g of aromatic sunflower oil and a cutlet (120 g), made from minced pork / turkey breast.

Dinner for 430 kcal.

Dinner field, 3 hours before bedtime, with tea I ate 40 g of dried mango - 130 kcal. and drank 10 g of fiber with water - 20 kcal.

Result of the day: K - 1500, B - 72, F - 63, U - 129.

Many people ask if it is possible to lose weight if you count only calories and do not pay attention to BJU.

You can lose weight. But it is possible that from an excess of fats or carbohydrates, weight loss will go much slower or even the process will stop. We are all individual and it is not possible to say exactly how the imbalance of the BJU will affect a particular person.

One thing is for sure. BJU balance is our health and body quality. If you want not only to lose weight, but also to maintain health, to maintain beauty, it is necessary to maintain a balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.
