Recently, I began to buy pumpkin more often: I show that I cook from it (even pumpkin lovers eat it)

I love experimentation. And I love pumpkin. Therefore, I usually have 3-4 pieces in stock. I cook from pumpkin and porridge, and various soups and pies, and desserts and snacks. I have already shared many recipes on my channel. I will leave links at the end of the article.

Today I have another recipe! When I cooked for the first time, I wrote down the recipe in my notebook right away! And that's all... my "pumpkin" stocks have run out))

How to cook

I cut the pumpkin into pieces, wrap it in foil and bake in the oven until soft. You can, of course, bake the pumpkin not only in the oven. You can use a microwave, multicooker or even an airfryer, you can "soften" the pumpkin in a frying pan with a little water.

But it turns out most delicious if the pumpkin is baked. I knead the pumpkin with a fork to make a puree. Scroll the photo below:

I dried the nuts in a pan and chopped them (I do this with a rolling pin). It is not necessary to grind too finely - it is tastier if the pieces of nuts are felt.

And now I combine all the ingredients in a bowl. And knead the dough.

Ingredients:

• Baked pumpkin - 200 g
• Flour - 300-350 g (I don't add all of them at once!)
• Milk - 100 ml
• Butter softened - 30 g
• Sugar - 40 g
• Baking powder - 2 tsp.
• Walnuts - 40 g
• Cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.

The dough should be soft! I don't add all the flour at once. I add it gradually! The dough remains slightly sticky, as it should be (you can see it in the photo). If you add a lot of flour, the cookies will be tough!

Sprinkle flour on the board and lightly flour the dough on top. I roll it out with a thickness of about 1 cm. Cut into pieces. I cut into triangles. But, of course, the shape can be any.

I spread the triangles on a baking sheet and bake for about 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. The cookies should be lightly browned. It shouldn't darken too much! Look in your oven!

This is delicious! Highly! Not sweet at all! And when you start eating, you can't stop. The combination of cinnamon and nuts with pumpkin is something! The outside is crispy, the inside is soft. Highly recommend! The main thing is not to "hammer" the dough with flour. And you, too, will run out of pumpkin at home!
