Today I wanted to scold in an article those who incorrectly use the calorie counter and blindly trust the data that he contains, without thinking about what products and how much of those dishes that are initially available in counter.

My breakfast is lazy khachapuri - 420 kcal.
Using the example of a lazy khachapuri, I will once again show how to calculate the calorie content of a finished dish per 100 g.
I used today:
- 100 g of cottage cheese 9% is 151 kcal,
- 1 egg (60) equals 94 kcal.
- 25 g of whole grain rice flour is 88 kcal,
- 30 g mozzarella is 85.5 kcal,
- 2 g baking powder - 1.5 kcal.
Cooking khachapuri and then weighing. The weight of my khachapuri is 200 g.
Add up the calorie content of all ingredients: 151 + 94 + 88.5 + 85.5 + 1.5 = 420.
Now we act according to the formula: divide the calorie content of the ingredients used by the weight of the finished dish and multiply by 100.
420/ 200*100 = 210. That is, 210 kcal is contained in 100 g of a flat cake. Whole portion - 420 kcal.
It is even easier to count in the counter - we choose to create a recipe - we enter all the ingredients - we change the output of the dish to the weight of your khachapuri and save:

Back to the menu. For a snack, I have a salad with Chinese cabbage (80 g), ham (80 g) and yogurt - 250 kcal.
For lunch, I boiled TSP pasta (50 g dry weight) and warmed up the squid in a creamy sauce (150 g).
It turned out lunch for 310 kcal.
For dinner we have shawarma - I screwed on everyone. I have long wanted homemade shawarma.
My shawarma went out on 540 kcal.
It includes: 90 g of lavash, 120 g of baked chicken breast, 50 g of tomato, 40 g of Korean carrots, 40 g of pickled cucumber, a little garlic, 50 g of yogurt, lettuce.
She ate for a long time and was enough for the whole evening of satiety, but to fall asleep without a sense of appetite.
The result of my day: K - 1525, B - 110, F - 55, U - 128.
I do not forget to drink the rate of water.
