Who among us who are overweight has never been on a diet and tried to lose weight? Probably few of them.
Many are in the eternal search for a diet that will help you lose weight quickly.
I myself have tried all the diets, but after each diet, the weight returned and returned in even greater volume than it was before the diet. Because I was returning to my usual diet.
I almost gave up on myself, justified myself with a wide bone, heredity and other excuses, believing that I eat little and recover from the smell of food.
But in fact, I just ate high-calorie, very high-calorie.
Only when I started counting calories did my eyes open to my diet and I realized my mistakes.
Thanks to calorie counting, I changed my meals, my eating habits changed, I began to consciously approach food and food, understanding what foods would bring me.
Thanks to calorie counting and BJU, it was not possible to lose weight and successfully maintains weight.
As an example of a diet for calculating KBZHU, I will show my menu.

For breakfast, a rice pancake: an egg, 35 g of yogurt, 20 g of flour, a pinch of baking powder and salt. As a filling, turkey ham (80 g) and processed cheese (40 g) with lettuce.
Breakfast - 390 kcal.
I looked at the photo and remembered the war between "buckwheat" and "rice" and how treacherously ham and cheese were sticking out of the oatmeal. Remember?
For those who do not read the comments and generally came to visit for the first time - a story about (very roughly) about how three girls got slim. One on rice is losing weight, the second on buckwheat, and the third was smart - she ate everything, but controlled the foodπ. Buckwheat and rice were at war, because they were angry and hungry and did not listen to the smart girl who wanted to help them eat tasty, not starving, and at the same time lose weight. And the third girl had to run away with her delicious oatmeal, so as not to fall under the hot hand of the starving.
Life itself gives us examples, right?
How long will there be enough girls sitting on buckwheat, rice, milk tea, kefir and other similar diets? I donβt think that for a long time - all this has been passed and more than once. The weight will go away - the zazhor will come and all the pounds lost with such difficulty will return.
Back to my menu.
The breakfast was so hearty, I ate so much that it seemed enough until lunchtime. But after a short walk on business, from the cold, I really wanted to eat. And lately I want some kind of wrong food.
And now, for a snack, I quickly made a sandwich on whole grain bread (35 g) with butter (10 g) and carp caviar
(40 g) for tea. But I didn't stop there and cut off another 70 g of turkey ham.
Percus 310 kcal.
For lunch, I have durum wheat pasta in a creamy mushroom sauce.
I used 40 g of pasta (dry weight), 200 g of mushrooms, 50 ml of milk and 50 g of mozzarella cheese.
Lunch at 355 kcal.
And in the evening I was so lazy that I ate salad with chicken breast, seasoned with 50 g of yogurt and bread (35 g) and went to rest satisfied.
Dinner 370 kcal.
If there are no or few vegetables in the diet, I eat a spoonful of fiber.
And for dessert I left a sea buckthorn drink with honey, which I estimated at about 120 kcal.
The result of my day: K - 1550, B - 92, F - 68, U - 139.
You know what I was thinking. I eat so much nowπ. I don't think I have eaten as much food as I do now, but I was getting better. At the same time, now, I keep the weight and plan to further increase the calorie intake.
But if you think about it, everything turned out to be simple.
Elementary:
- stop, for a start, pouring half a bottle of oil into the pan,
- stop filling salads with tons of mayonnaise,
- stop eating sweets, rolls, cookies and other baked goods constantly and uncontrollably. Allow yourself limited quantities of baked goods and chocolate and learn how to bake lower calorie items.
All this will already be of great help in order to change eating habits and come to control of nutrition.
