Many people still believe that you need to close your mouth and not eat at all in order to lose weight. Of course, if the only goal in life is to lose weight, all methods are good. But most likely, many do not even understand that starvation diets, mono diets and other bullying of the body subsequently lead to health problems.
In order to lose weight and not lose the rest of your health, you need to eat, eat in a balanced way and with a small deficit.
Literally while writing this article, I saw a comment in which a person wrote that there is a better way to lose weight - here he lost 10 kg in 2 weeks on some kind of diet, and not in 2 years, like me. And a little later, another one, where they suggested trying to eat steamed buckwheat for a week - this is how the commentator lost 10 kg.
I understand that it is useless to explain something to such people, because they proudly declare their stunning and quick results. Fleeting results.
Are there really still those who do not understand simple truths? The diet will end - tough, hungry, with a bunch of restrictions (after all, this is the only way for a short time lose excess weight in large volumes) and all the weight will return again, and most likely will take friends with him. All this passed, we know - they stumbled, got up and stumbled again.
You will not be on a diet forever, and will most likely return to your normal diet. Many are even looking forward to the end of the diet and it will be possible to gorge on the sweets that are on the diet. until it is impossible.
And they do not understand that all these sweets are not only "yet" impossible. They cannot always swallow uncontrollably!
Nothing will change and the weight will stubbornly return, if we do not change our lifestyle, do not change our diet and attitude to food.
I'm not even talking about those health problems that various diets bring, and even independent ones, without the supervision of specialists. And health is what should come first with us.
And the appearance after such diets leaves much to be desired. It is here that the famous question "where did the saggy skin go after losing weight by such a huge amount of kilograms" will not relevant, since it can be seen with the naked eye that the skin has not gone anywhere and hangs calmly, since no one has thought about it and took care.
We want to lose weight and maintain our normal weight, while maintaining our health and improving our appearance - we change our eating habits, change our approach to food, we control nutrition, eat balanced, tasty and comfortable, and only then will we get a result without health problems, which is easy save.
But if your goal is to lose weight as quickly as possible, in order, for example, to fit into a dress and shine in it on holiday, and a month later put it away in the closet, because it no longer converges on you - then this your choice. So you like to walk in circles.
My choice is, first of all, health, which cannot be maintained without a balanced diet.

For breakfast, of course, my favorite fish sandwiches - while there is fish in the house I will not miss the chance to enjoy it: whole grain bread (65 g), curd cheese (25 g) and lightly salted fish (75 g).
Breakfast for 335 kcal.
As a snack, today I had a cottage cheese casserole with cranberries (135 g) and 25 g of sour cream 15%.
The snack turned out to be 315 kcal.
The casserole turned out perfect, in my opinion. I will not publish the recipe separately, I will just leave a collage with the recipe in the article, in which I will indicate the ingredients and their proportions that I used this time:
For lunch, we ate gratin, which I cooked for several meals yesterday.
My serving is 300 g of gratin with chicken breast and potatoes, as well as 50 g of radish - 440 kcal.
In the afternoon, in the late afternoon, I had to postpone work and cook dinner.
And for dinner, I cooked beef pea soup with smoked paprika, which gives the soup a smoked flavor. I highly recommend trying this spice for those who have not tried it yet.
A bowl of soup (450 g) and 30 g of toaster-toasted bread, plus a tablespoon of fiber that I added to the soup - 330 kcal.
As an evening snack, I had cashew nuts (20 g) - 130 kcal.
The basic rule for evening snacks is that the last meal should be 2-3 hours before bedtime.
As always my rule to drink a glass of water before every meal.
The result of my day: K - 1545, B - 124, F - 64, U - 112.
This is my menu - a lot of food and at the same time I know for sure that not 1 gram of fat will be deposited on my sides.
If I hadnβt tried it myself two years ago, I probably wouldnβt have believed in the wonderful transformations of women by counting calories either.
But I tried to control my nutrition by counting the KBZHU and I know for sure - no more diets!
