My channel is about losing weight by counting calories. With the help of calorie counting, I managed to lose weight not only to me, but also to many of my readers.
Briefly about losing weight on a calorie deficit:
I want to share with you a recipe for a wonderful fish soup, and even a cheese one! This is just a bomb, not a soup!
🐟 For the preparation of the soup, I used the following products:
- chum salmon (535 g - weight in pure, boiled form), you can use any fish,
- 4-5 small potato tubers - 385 g,
- 1 small carrot - 70 g
- 1 small onion - 80 g
- 30 g of rice
- 200 g processed cheese (in boxes),
- 2.5 liters of water
- I used seasonings: salt, black pepper, coriander, dry basil, garlic, bay leaf, allspice, my favorite greens (I have dill).
Cooking.
Immediately put the fish in a separate saucepan to boil until tender, salt the water.
We put another pan on the fire, salt to taste (I have a tablespoon of salt without a slide). The water boils and we send rice to boil it.
While the fish and rice are boiling, prepare the vegetables. Cut the potatoes into small cubes, finely chop the onions and grate the carrots on a coarse grater
Fry onions with carrots in a drop of oil, I used no more than 2 g of oil from a spray bottle.
When the rice is half cooked, add the fried carrots with onions and chopped potatoes to it.
When the fish is boiled, plum broth - we do not use it in soup.
Separate the fish from the bones and break it into small pieces.
Cook almost until the potatoes are ready.
Then add all the seasonings and cheese, stir it well. And at the last moment, add fish and dill. Let it boil and remove from heat.
Enjoy your meal!
