Let's not forget about ourselves on New Year's holidays, let's not relax. After all, weekends are such a chance to spend time actively in the fresh air to burn all those sweets that were obviously unnecessary on New Year's Eve.

It's time to pull yourself together and show willpower! You definitely have it, you just decided not to use it.

Active recreation will help keep yourself in shape and not lose all our results, which we have achieved in 2020.

You can just walk in the fresh air, admiring the New Year's decoration of your hometown. Perhaps there are those among us who love skiing and skating? It's time for them!

Even if there is overeating, because the hand is still reaching for various snacks purchased for the new year and not yet eaten, then an active pastime will help you not to cross out all the work that you have done on yourself, dropping a huge amount of excess weight.

I can't even imagine how much excess weight we all lost together in 2020 - tons, so let's just improve the result!

We prefer long walks in beautiful places, but I hope that we will go ice skating on these New Year holidays.

I'll tell you how my day went and show you my menu. I try to control myself, but like many, it does not always work out (depending on the circumstances), but still I have not overeating since January 1.

Breakfast is the remnants of New Year's luxury - sandwiches on Darnitsa bread (80 g) with curd cheese (25 g) and cold smoked salmon (70 g).

Breakfast turned out to be 390 kcal.

After breakfast I finished writing an article for you, then had a snack.

Snack - coffee with milk (50 g) and vanilla syrup (15 g) and marshmallows (30 g). And also ate an apple while sitting at the computer.

It turned out to be a snack for 240 kcal.

After a snack, I began to slowly gather. We are planning to visit relatives to wish them a Happy New Year and go for a walk around VDNKh and the surrounding area - we are just on our way.

And I also had to stop by my favorite "Ikea" and wander around the mall, maybe I'll pick up a winter dress, otherwise what I bought for last winter hangs on me.

We did not dine at home, because we left about 12 hours and did not want to eat yet. Over time, it will be clear where and what to dine. We will solve problems as they arise.

They came to visit with gifts and also treated themselves to a cake - I wanted to try what kind of cake Truffle is (it looked delicious). I didn't look at the calorie content of the cake on the package (I just forgot it in the confusion), so I'll write it down for about 120 g of cake - 500 kcal.

We sat for a while and went to the shopping center. I only wanted to see the plates in Ikea, and the battery-powered cappuccinator. But in the end, they took out bowls in a basket, storage systems in a chest of drawers (although I also had to buy them - very a convenient thing) and even the shelves that my husband looked after - we will hang them over the bed for photos, scented candles and other little things.

And for myself, I never picked up anything. Well, okay, so I'll find something else - better than I wanted.

We left the shops and I realized that I was hungry. It turned out that we passed until 18:00. Fast carbohydrates (cake), did their job, came tasty, left quickly, leaving no trace of satiety, but left behind a huge amount of calories.

We decided to have dinner at one of the food court cafes of the mall. Again, I will not be able to count anything, but I hope that I have not crawled out of the limits of my calorie intake. And starting from the shopping center, looking ahead, I will say that I found about 17 thousand steps, judging by the fitness bracelet.

For dinner I took a hodgepodge and a portion of manti with beef, and washed it down with citrus lemonade:

After eating, we went to spend calories further. We stopped at Rostokino to see polar bears:

We arrived home at about 11 pm, tired, frozen, but happy with the walk.

In the evening I only warmed up with green tea.

If you roughly calculate the calorie content, then breakfast, snack and cake at a party are 1130 kcal. I really hope that I met the remaining 370 kcal for dinner, taking into account the calories spent on the walk. And if I did not meet it, well, what can I do - I definitely won't scold myself. I only benefit from such loads - according to the plan to raise the calorie content to 1700 kcal.
