This past weekend, I arranged a download day for myself. But we decided not to wait for February 14, but to rest when we like it - on Saturday.

The snowfall confused all our plans and we did not go anywhere, we stayed at home. We were planning a cinema and a cafe.

All weekends, the men were digging up their cars. Here is such a layer of snow on our windowsill outside the window.

After seeing how cars get stuck in the snow in the yard, how they are pulled out, dug out, we made, it seems to me, the best decision - to stay at home.

On Saturday I didn't count calories and my diet was like this:

Snack on turkey ham (110 g) with a slice of bread (25 g) - 180 kcal.

When there are few or no vegetables in my diet, I eat a spoonful of fiber.

For lunch I cooked dumplings for everyone.

My lunch is 170 g of dumplings (frozen weight) with 40 g of yogurt - 445 kcal.

And for dinner, boiled potatoes (170 g), 90 g of cold smoked mackerel, 20 g of bread and 30 g of Korean carrots.

Dinner for 435 kcal.

The result of my day is 1535 kcal. B - 100, F - 67, U - 128.

Today I recalculated my calorie intake again - it is 1725. I still have a little bit to reach my norm, and I am slowly getting closer to it.

These are the relaxed and delicious, in my opinion, the weekend I had.

Winter is not the best time for new photos. I thought we would get out this weekend, but as you can see, we stayed at home. In the morning, before starting work, I decided to take a home photo with your favorite Busyandra. But as usual, you can't cook porridge with her: she broke free, scratched her and ran away. So all that turned out:
