I'm glad you came to visit me. Here I share my weight loss experience, as well as recipes for dishes that are included in my slimming diet.
It has long been proven that we lose weight only when the calorie content of the diet is reduced.
There are many ways to cut calories in your diet. These are various diets, and hunger strikes, and fasting days.
And there is compliance with the minimum calorie deficit and the balance of BJU. This method, in my opinion, is one of the best and safest for health. In addition, the balance of nutrients (BJU) will only benefit the body.
Which way to go - the choice is yours. I made my choice:
Yesterday I touched on the topic of an excess of carbohydrates (I will leave a link to the article in a reminder), and today I want to talk about an excess of fat.
And proteins, and fats, and carbohydrates are simply necessary for our body. But not only a deficit can lead to sad consequences, but also an overabundance.
With an excess of fat, the body cannot break down a large amount of fatty substances and occurs:
Thus, excessive consumption of fat will not lead to anything positive.
But fat deficiency is also extremely dangerous:
Therefore, in order not to cause severe harm to the body, it is necessary to follow a balanced diet.
I'll tell you about my menu as an example of a diet for counting KBZHU.
Got up early today to make an omelet with mushrooms. Champignons have been waiting for their turn for a long time and now they asked for an omelet.
Two eggs, 100 g of mushrooms, 50 g of onion, spices - an omelet for 335 kcal ready.
I had a little opportunity. After breakfast, I poured cashew nuts onto a baking sheet to dry them and, so to speak, heat them. And she turned on the oven for convention. I set the timer and safely forgot about the nuts, plunging into work.
As a result, because of the convention, my nuts burned. Not critical, but decently fried. It was a shame, but not to correct my mistake.
For a snack I took myself 25 g of nuts and 50 g of dried mango for tea and went on to work.
It turned out to be a snack for 320 kcal. I ate 25 g of nuts during the day.
For lunch I warmed up cabbage soup with meatballs, Chinese cabbage and beans (450 g). I added 30 g of yogurt to the cabbage soup, and ate another 30 g of yogurt with 10 g of fiber.
I took a piece of bread (40 g) to the soup.
The result was lunch for a total of 355 kcal.
The cutlets were finished, there was only one left (and neither there, nor here it), I had to cook dinner today.
I cooked turkey liver stewed with carrots, onions in yogurt sauce with tomato paste, and so I wanted to eat this liver with potatoes. I made a light puree, to which I added a little butter and milk.
My dinner is 200 g of stewed chicken liver and 120 g of mashed potatoes, as well as 100 g of cherry.
Dinner went out for a total of 480 kcal.
As those who have the right diet like to write to me - this is a collective image starting with eating some vegetables (and necessarily only green), mono-diet, ending with separate meals and a combination of products - potatoes and meat are not PP!
I donβt pretend to be a PP, especially in someoneβs understanding. For me, nutrition is right, first of all, high-quality, healthy products that carry all the substances the body needs.
And in falling into fanaticism, attributing to proper nutrition the same method of separate nutrition, I do not want. Just as I do not want to follow the method of separate nutrition, the founder, which was Herbert Shelton (not having a medical education, by the way), which has long been recognized as pseudoscientific, having no scientific justification.
As it often happens with us, a new fashionable method of losing weight appears, and everyone starts to follow it, but the results, as you would expect, are not impressive. Next, another fashionable technique appears and everyone rushes to lose weight in a new way. And so in a circle.
As a result, there is a mess of various methods in my head (some of which do not have any scientific justification at all and were simply born in order to bring profit to the creator). And for some reason, some people are trying to call this porridge proper nutrition.
Any research comes to the conclusion that it is possible to lose weight only by reducing the caloric content of the diet.
I hope she explained why I do not consider it necessary to observe separate meals and other methods, except for counting calories and the balance of BJU.
The result of my day: K - 1490, B - 87, F - 71, U - 120.
I definitely drink my water norm:
- Every morning on an empty stomach I drink a glass of water, then each time before a meal (10 minutes) a glass of water. I drink the remaining rate, if desired, during the day.
