Crispy curd cheesecakes with raspberries. A dish from my slimming diet - minus 63 kg in 2 years.

On my channel, I share my experience of losing weight and recipes for low-calorie dishes that are included in my slimming diet.

I have for you today a recipe for crunchy cheesecakes with curd-raspberry filling.

Minimum products, ease of preparation and delicious results!

Ingredients I used for the test:

  • 150 g cottage cheese 9%,
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 60 g whole grain rice flour and 40 g oat flour,
  • 4 sachets of sweetener (1 sachet = 5 g sugar),
  • a pinch of vanillin, a pinch of salt, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

For filling:

  • 150 g of cottage cheese,
  • 100 g of natural yoghurt,
  • 4 sachets of sweetener,
  • 70 g frozen raspberries.

Cooking.

Cooking the dough. Mix 150 g of cottage cheese with egg, salt, sweetener (or sugar if you use it) and vanilla.

Then add flour and baking powder and knead the dough. The dough sticks slightly to your hands.

Divide the dough into 6 parts and form 6 cheesecake bases.

I formed immediately on a silicone mat, on which I will bake the cheesecakes.

We send the formed bases for cheesecakes to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

⛔Important! If you want the base for the cheesecakes to be not very crispy, soften the baking time of the base to 10 minutes.

While the base is baking, we are preparing the filling.

Mix 150 g of cottage cheese and 100 g of yogurt, add the sweetener and mix well. Finally, add frozen raspberries.

We take out the basics after the time indicated above and put in each a tablespoon of the filling, distributing it over the entire cheesecake. We send it to the oven for another 10 minutes.

If desired, decorate the finished cheesecakes with blueberries or other fresh berries.

Approximate KBZHU per 100 g of cheesecakes from the products I used: K - 217, B - 13.9, F - 7.7, U - 22.4.
