I cite my menu just as an example, to clearly show that you can lose weight and maintain weight comfortably, in a balanced and tasty way, and not starving on vegetables or buckwheat.

Breakfast - French apple pie. This is the one with a lot of apples and very little dough.
With tea I ate 190 g of a pie drizzled with 10 g of date syrup. Happened 275 kcal.
I thought that I would have to eat something more protein, so that in an hour my appetite would not wake up, but I ate so much cake that I did not add anything to breakfast and went to work.
Sat down to work, and hung up for comments. As you start reading your comments and chatting, time just flies away. Even Buska decided to remind that it was time to start working:
The other day, by order of the family, I bought some sausage cheese. And he lies in the refrigerator, beckons me. I love this cheese, although I perfectly understand all its harmfulness. But today I decided to eat some cheese, so that later I would not want it even more. The longer you endure and do not allow yourself to eat something, the more likely the chance of a breakdown. And then there will already be not 80-100 g of sweets, but all 200-300.
Snack - 80 g of cheese with tea - 200 kcal.
For lunch I have 120 g of boiled buckwheat, 185 g of turkey breast under a cap of onion and mozzarella cheese. For freshness and because you need to eat vegetables - lettuce and cherry tomatoes (100 g).
Dinner went out on 460 kcal.
For the evening, a quickie baked mini pizzas with different fillings on curd dough for everyone.
This time I learned a very successful curd dough - airy and tender.
Maybe someone will use the proportions that I used:
270 g of cottage cheese 5% (bought by weight: not dry, but not very wet either),
2 chicken eggs
150 g whole grain rice flour,
a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. I also added dry garlic to the dough for aroma and taste.
The sticky dough was not easy to work with. But I noticed that the stickier curd dough turns out to be the most delicious and tender.
I also wanted to try to bake muffins on semolina, but my hands did not reach them and there was not enough free time. So the experiment is likely to be postponed until tomorrow.
My dinner is two small pizzas with toppings: mushroom-cheese and ham-cheese-pickled cucumber.
Happened for dinner 580 kcal.
After such a hearty dinner, I did not bite into anything, as I usually do. After all, we have dinner at 17 o'clock and in order not to go to bed with a feeling of appetite, I often eat something 2-3 hours before bedtime.
But supper was enough for me and I fell asleep calmly, not listening to the conversation of the stomach with me.
The result of the day is 1520 kcal. B - 102, F - 63, U - 128.
I became much more comfortable after I added the calorie content of the evening meal.
When I tried to observe the "rule" - "dinner should be light, something protein and vegetable" - in the evenings I kept on willpower, enthusiasm and water.
Now I am more comfortable, but losing weight (previously) and maintaining weight has not been affected in any way.
You always need to find compromises with yourself and look for food that is comfortable for you.
