And today I want to offer you an easy and quick way to cook a delicious fish for dinner or supper.
In this way, I mostly cook salmon. Today we will prepare a pink.
Ingredients:
- 400 g salmon (my fillet)
- 70 g of yogurt,
- processed cheese in slices of 20 g,
- black pepper, salt, a favorite seasoning for fish (I used the seasoning "Herbs of Greece."
Preparation is the simplest.
If you have a whole big fish, it must be cleaned, rinsed well and to cut into portions pieces.
Put the slices portioned in a baking dish.
Salt, pepper and sprinkle with your favorite spices to fish.
Each piece of fish grease kefir.
Ship in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Then we obtain, for each piece of processed cheese spread plate and remove another 10 minutes to melt the cheese.
Using the cheese - on request. I like the combination of flavors and the fish pieces in the trailing melted cheese (that's just cheese no luck this time I).
