The snack cheese cake is prepared very simply and quickly - this is what bribed me with the recipe. Well, all the ingredients are simple and affordable. I think this "Napoleon" is also suitable for a festive table as an appetizer.
Ingredients:
puff pastry
cheese
cream
butter
pepper
mustard
greens
We need a 35x25 cm layer of puff pastry. We pierce the dough with a fork and send it to the oven. While it is baking, let's start preparing the cheese layer.
In a bowl, beat 50 ml of cream, add 100 g of soft butter and 350 g of finely grated cheese to them. The filling can be left as it is, or you can add a little pepper, mustard or chopped herbs.
As soon as the puff pastry cake is ready, cool it a little, then cut it lengthwise into three equal parts. Grind the cuttings into crumbs, which we will then use for sprinkling.
Well, all that remains is to assemble the cake: we coat the cakes with cheese mass, slightly pressing down. Sprinkle with crumbs, you can use herbs and leave for a while to soak.
As an appetizer, this cheese "Napoleon" goes with a bang! If you want to make a full-fledged cake, then you need to make more cakes and more filling, respectively. Bon appetit, friends!
