11 years have passed since the day I graduated from the Socio-Economic Institute, these were unforgettable years. The girls and I often had gatherings and cooked all sorts of goodies (as far as financially possible). These were always very budget recipes, but still delicious. And I have been preparing one salad for many years now, I call it "Student", because it is then we cooked it for the first time, and it is he who I associate with cheerful student get-togethers.

So, I always start cooking with onions, the main role is assigned to it in the salad, you can not even cook without it.

The onion must be chopped not very finely and fried until golden brown, it must be well cooked and not crunchy on the teeth. For 4 eggs, I take one large onion.

In a salad bowl I combine boiled eggs cut into cubes and a jar
canned beans, previously washed under running water. It doesn't matter if one is white or red.

Next, you need to take a good ham and cut into cubes, send to a salad bowl. The onions should have cooled well by that time. Immediately after frying, it must be laid out on a paper towel so that the glass has excess oil. So we send it to the rest of the ingredients.

For dressing, classic mayonnaise is used, a few tablespoons. I do not salt the salad, because ham and mayonnaise provide enough salt.

Ingredients:
4-5 eggs
1 can of canned beans in its own juice
250 - 300 grams of ham
1 large onion
2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
