Today I want to share a recipe for a very quick soup, which takes just a few minutes to cook. Frying is done right in the pan, which is especially nice when the time is very limited.
When preparing this soup, I use a saucepan with a thick bottom, pour a few tablespoons of vegetable oil into it.
Next, I send the minced meat, you can use absolutely any. I fry the minced meat for just a few minutes and add chopped onions and carrots to it, I have frozen, already diced.
I fry everything for a few more minutes, it is necessary for the onion to become transparent. After that I add 3-4 tablespoons of homemade ketchup, you can replace it with tomato paste, but then 1-2 tablespoons will be enough.
I mix well and after a minute I add a handful of lentils, it can be replaced with rice, it will also be delicious.
Then I pour about 2 liters of boiling water into a saucepan, add salt, pepper and spices. I mix well. After a few minutes, add the diced potatoes to the pan.
I cook the soup over medium heat until the potatoes are cooked, at the very end I put bay leaves and parsley.
This is how quickly you can cook quite hearty and very tasty soup for the whole family. I can't say the exact amount of ingredients, because I always cook "by eye".
