One of my favorite salads - a "Caesar" with chicken. I have long mastered the recipe, and brought it to perfection. In this salad one of the main ingredients is chicken, and today I tell you how I cook it just for "Caesar's."
Frankly, I had not particularly bother: smoked chicken bought at the local supermarket, and added to salads. But already 2-3 years do not, now prefer chicken homemade. And I've got two ways.
The first method
it is the easiest for me. I take sheets for frying chicken from "Maggie". You just do not think that this is advertising! This is my personal choice, I do not impose. It's all as easy as pie: put the chicken breast in the leaf and fry on both sides. The meat is obtained, juicy, tender and tasty.
This method is still good and the fact that you need to fry a dry frying pan without oil. In addition, she remains almost pan clean.
method two
If I was not in the kitchen such sheets for cooking, then I'm doing differently. Chicken breast (breast) rubbed with salt, pepper, paprika and dried garlic. All, nothing longer use. It seems to me that more and no spices are not necessary. If there will be many, and they will have a bright pronounced taste, then it will affect the whole salad in general.
On a frying pan with hot oil treasure chest. Now the important thing: the fire is strong enough that the meat just "sealed" and formed a crust. Then it will turn inside juicy and tender.
That is, first, I fry over high heat on both sides, then I bring the meat until tender over medium or low heat.
