Today at the dinner I cook stewed cabbage with meat up his sleeve... It is not troublesome, it turns out a lot, in general, the whole family will be nourished.
Ingredients - there is no exact proportions of products, all placed "around":
Meat (pork or chicken) - from 500 g to 800 g
Half a small head of cabbage
The average head of onion
Tablespoon tomato paste or tomato juice
Spices, salt, ground black pepper
More, you can put some potatoes, carrots, a little pepper - this is at the discretion
The meat cut into small pieces, about the same as in rice, chicken and can be larger.
Onions cut into half rings, add to the bowl with the meat, add the tomato paste, spices, salt, pepper, add chopped fresh or dried garlic. All this stir and leave to marinate for about 30-40 minutes.
Shinkuem fine julienne cabbage, slightly prisalivaem, and her hands properly swaged, so that it became soft and let the juice. Now you can add the cabbage carrots, grated and shredded pepper - if any vegetables you have at home. Unfortunately I did not have this!
After marinate the meat, add it to the bowl with the cabbage (and other vegetables), you can add 3-4 small potatoes, cut into large cubes. If someone believes that the cabbage and potatoes do not match, then exclude potatoes! All this once again a good mix, you can add a little more salt.
Now we shift the contents into the sleeve for baking, and it, in turn, put on a baking sheet or in a suitable sized baking dish, and send in a preheated oven. This dish will be prepared at the 180-190 degrees, about 1-1.2 hours. Bon Appetit!
