Here I share my weight loss experience (already minus 57 kg) and low-calorie recipes for dishes that are part of my diet.
I have long abandoned the strict diets, hunger strikes, which to no good does not, except after dialing them even more extra kilos.
For more than one and a half years, I adhere to proper nutrition and calorie deficiency.
In my menu is delicious and hearty, adapted and prepared with the least amount of calories.
And who does not like dumplings? It seems to me that the dumplings like it.
And why not cook right pelmeshek stock, which could be all there, including me, stroyneyuschey, I thought, and embodied his idea to life.

I prepared two versions of the test, and tell you about the two.
✅Pervy option:
- wholegrain wheat flour - 200 g,
- 120-140 g of warm water (flour different, may take less or more added first with 100 ml, then another 30 refer to consistency),
- 1 tablespoon vinegar 9%
- 1 tablespoon olive oil,
- a pinch of salt.
- Add to the flour all the ingredients and knead the dough.
✅Vtoroy option:
- 400 g of wheat wholegrain flour,
- 200 ml of warm water,
- 1 egg,
- a pinch of salt.
Mix water, egg, salt and interfere flour.
In both embodiments, the batter turns elastic. ONAKO first option I liked more, because the dough less eager and more flexible happened.
A taste test both options - gentle.
I would like to dwell in more detail on why use whole-wheat flour instead of flour. It's not the calories, as many people think, comparing them in flour and do not understand why wholegrain, because the calorie content of their almost identical.
The fact is that the whole-wheat flour, flour unlike the sun - it is difficult / slow carbohydrates, which are useful, give long saturation and do not run directly deposited on our sides, in contrast to the fast - contained in refined flour Sun.
✅Dlya filling on the first version of the test I took:
- chicken breast - 160g,
- hip turkeys - 250g,
- onion - 120g,
- garlic - 10g,
- salt, black pepper and a pinch of hops-suneli,
- 50 ml of water.
Making minced meat, onions, garlic, spices and add about 50 ml water.
Roll out the dough, flour prisypaya.
I am part of Nalepa hand, and a part with a special form for modeling dumplings.
Ready dumplings sent to the freezer on a cutting board floured to not stuck. Once the freeze can be spread portions.
Furthermore, it is possible to stick dumplings suluguni, garlic and herbs, for example.
