Three excellent salads for barbecue. You can lose weight

Here comes the long-awaited May weekend, when everyone gets out for a barbecue. But this year, unfortunately, we cannot afford to fully enjoy this weekend to the fullest the way we used to do before. But you shouldn't give up kebabs, of course I follow all safety precautions.

I want to remind you of three salad recipes that go well with barbecue.

The first salad is very simple, crispy and delicious. The composition of the salad includes only cabbage, which needs to be salted well, mash it with your hands, add any greens and vegetable oil to it.

The second salad is much more interesting.

Ingredients: 2 large tomatoes, 1 red bell pepper, 4-5 tbsp. tablespoons of canned corn, 1 can of canned beans in their own juice, 1 small red onion, greens. Both olive oil and mayonnaise can be used as a dressing.

The third salad is bright and juicy.

To prepare it, you will need 1-2 medium-sized carrots, which must be grated. Cut one cucumber and red onion into strips. You can add absolutely any greens, I have salad leaves and parsley. I fill with vegetable oil or sour cream.
