Ingredients: Minced meat (beef + lamb), Red chili, Cumin, Coriander, Paprika, Salt, Onion, Parsley, Vegetable oil, Sour cream, Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Garlic, Cilantro to taste, Black pepper taste

Cooking method:

We put 700 grams of minced lamb with beef in a large bowl, then pour 1 teaspoon of paprika into it, 0.5 teaspoon cumin, 0.5 teaspoon chili pepper, 0.5 teaspoon coriander, 2/3 teaspoon salt, black pepper to taste, spread 60 grams finely chopped onion, 20 grams of finely chopped parsley, then mix all the ingredients well and put the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

To prepare the sauce, put in a small bowl 3 tablespoons of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, add 1 a clove of garlic, finely chopped cilantro and black pepper to taste, after which we mix all the ingredients well together and put the bowl with the prepared sauce in refrigerator. Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into a frying pan on the stove and heat it up.

We wet our hands with water and take about 2 tablespoons of minced meat, from which we then make koloboks and we beat them off in our hands, after which we form a kebab in the form of a cutlet and press our fingers on them small notches. We spread the formed kebabs in the form of cutlets on a preheated pan and fry on each side until golden brown. Put the finished kebab on a plate and serve with grilled vegetables or potatoes.
