Today I want to tell you how to make a stuffed egg roll. This dish can serve as a snack or a great snack at school, work or a picnic. In this case, it is better not to add garlic, but to do only with herbs, which you can choose to your taste.

The cut roll has a gorgeous look and can be served with dignity on the festive table. In this recipe, I suggest a cheese filling option, but this is not essential. Imagine, choose a variety of combinations and get new tastes.

Ingredients:

Chicken egg - 6 pcs.

Milk - 50 ml.

Salt to taste

Processed cheese - 2 pcs.

Dill - 3 branches

Garlic - 1 clove

Step by step recipe:

1. Prepare the required set of ingredients. Choose fresh and high quality products. If you use homemade eggs, the finished dish will be bright yellow. In combination with white cheese filling, it looks gorgeous.

2. Wash eggs and wipe dry. Break into a suitable bowl.

3. Pour in milk and add a pinch of salt. A dairy product can be of any fat content; this is not so important for this recipe.

4. Use a whisk or fork to shake the eggs until smooth.

5. Cover a baking sheet with parchment, slightly bending the edges on it to form the sides. Pour the egg-milk mixture and send the baking sheet to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

6. Meanwhile, grate the processed cheese. Add chopped herbs and garlic to them. Mix thoroughly. If the cheese filling is too dense and does not spread well, add a couple more spoons of mayonnaise or sour cream. To prevent this from happening initially, buy cheeses of a proven brand and of high quality.

7. Remove the egg crust from the oven and immediately apply the filling on it, spreading it evenly over the entire surface.

8. Roll the cake into a tight roll, helping yourself with parchment.

9. Wrap it in foil and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.

10. After the time has passed, the egg roll with cheese filling can be served on the table, cut into portions.

This is how you can make a delicious snack with simple and affordable ingredients.
