Ingredients:
- young cabbage - 500 g
- green olives - 1 can (300 g)
- green peas - 1 can (400 g)
- dill - 1 bunch
- salt - 1/2 tsp. l.
- mustard seeds - 2 tbsp. l.
- honey - 1 tsp l.
- unrefined vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l.
- ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp. l.
Step by step recipe
1. Finely chop half a kilogram of young cabbage. One jar of pitted green olives cut into rings.
2. Finely chop a small bunch of dill.
Put chopped cabbage, chopped olives, a jar of canned peas and chopped dill in a bowl.
3. Making salad dressing. In a bowl, mix half a teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of mustard seeds, it can be replaced with ordinary mustard, one teaspoon a spoonful of honey, 2-3 tablespoons of unrefined vegetable oil, 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice and ground black pepper. We mix everything well.
4. Dress the salad with the prepared dressing. We mix everything well.
