Today I want to bring to your attention the Julia salad. Very easy to prepare, products are available to everyone, in addition, this salad can even be served on a festive table. It looks quite elegant and will delight guests with its unusual taste. It is prepared literally in 5 minutes, you can serve it right away.
For the salad, I first boil or bake small beets, then cut them into small pieces, as shown in the photo below 👇.
Next, I cut the meat, it can be smoked chicken breast or, like me, a piece of smoked pork with spices. I cut in about the same pieces as beets.
Next, we send boiled rice to the salad bowl, it can be replaced with bulgur, then the salad will be less high-calorie.
Be sure to add the walnut, I also cut it quite large so that it feels good in the salad.
The last I put in the salad are lettuce leaves, I have Lettuce today, I cut it arbitrarily. And another important ingredient that I remembered when I already took all the photos for this article is pickled red onions. Do not be like me, be sure to add it to the salad, with it it will play in a completely different way. It will be much tastier.
I season this salad with olive oil, be sure to add freshly ground black pepper and salt. I will not name the exact amount of ingredients because I do everything "by eye". But definitely the amount of beets and meat should be the same.
