What I didn’t cook with him was desserts and snacks, and once I even made a cake with his “participation”. Today I will tell you about three appetizers that I most often cook from lavash.
1. Pita rolls stuffed with egg, cheese and green onions.
It's delicious, fast, and not expensive. Even when we have a long journey ahead of us, such tubes are very convenient to eat. You can take it with you to work or just indulge in tea at home, why not. A detailed recipe for cooking will be at the end of the article.
2. Crispy envelopes with fish filling
It is crunchy that the pita bread should be in this appetizer, it is much tastier. Here everything is prepared in general is elementary, everything is mixed, wrapped in pita bread and in a pan for 1 minute. Very cheap, but no less tasty snack option. I recommend! 3. Envelopes with cheese and curd filling.
I like to cook this appetizer for myself for breakfast. There will be no links, I'll tell you everything here. I mix in equal proportions cottage cheese and cheese grated with a coarse grater, add a little green onions, salt and black pepper. I wrap it in a triangle in pita bread and fry in a dry pan under the lid for 30 seconds on each side.
