โœ… ๐Ÿ‘Œ Many people love whites, but few are willing to spend several hours making yeast dough according to all the rules.

Today I offer you a very worthy alternative - meat-baked pancakes or lazy whites. The dough is prepared on kefir in just a few minutes, you do not need to wait for it to rise. I form whites right in the pan, so I don't even get my hands dirty.

When you want whites, but don't want to mess with yeast dough, I cook them like this: quickly and no less tasty

โœจVery comfortably! And at the end you will get a whole dish of fragrant whites with juicy filling and ruddy airy dough.

๐Ÿ“•To prepare lazy whites you will need: ๐Ÿฒ

Dough:
Kefir (what is, the fat content does not matter) - 450-500 ml
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Salt - 0.5 tsp l.
Soda - 0.5 tsp l.
Wheat flour - 200 g.
Filling:
Minced meat - about 300 g
Onions - 1 medium head
Salt, ground black pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil (refined) - how much is needed for frying.

Pour kefir into a bowl or any other deep container, add soda, mix and set aside for now. After a while (5-7 minutes), kefir will begin to react with acid, and the mass will become saturated with carbon dioxide, grow in volume, and become more foamy.

In the meantime, the kefir is "working" we will prepare other ingredients for the dough and filling. Mix the egg with salt in a separate bowl.

And beat with a fork (whisk) until light foam.

Pour the beaten egg into a bowl of kefir and add about 100 g of flour with baking powder. Mix and add the remaining flour in small portions so as not to overdo it.

Stir the dough well, it should be free of lumps. The consistency is like a classic pancake. Ideally, if it turns out not very thick, but at the same time the dough should not spread too much in the pan, that is, it should keep its shape minimally.

The dough is ready, leave it aside for now and start filling. Finely chop the onion with a knife or a blender, or three on a coarse grater and send it to the minced meat. Add salt and pepper, knead the mass well. The filling is ready!

We divide the minced meat into 15-20 parts and form such a "washer" from each. That is, first we roll the ball, and then flatten it with our hands. You do not have to do this, but it will greatly facilitate further work.

Now pour about 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the pan, heat it up and start spreading 1-1.5 tbsp. l. dough in the form of round cakes, like pancakes. Immediately put the filling in the center of each tortilla, slightly pressing it into the dough.

Put a small amount of dough on top - so that it only covers the filling, no more. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the whites over low heat for 3-4 minutes.

Then we turn it over and, without the lid, bring the other side to readiness for another 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the finished whites, covered with a golden crust, from the pan to a paper towel to remove the remaining fat after frying. If necessary, add more oil to the pan, form and fry the next batch of whites.
