✅ 👌 Apple pies are one of the most popular categories of baked goods. There are really many recipes - from a simple homemade charlotte to an exquisite stretched dough strudel.

Today I want to share with you my favorite apple pie recipe.

“I’m sure many of you haven’t tried such a cake yet. For all the seeming simplicity this cake turns out to be very, very fragrant, slightly moist, soft and juicy. Try it - you won't regret it!

📕For cooking you will need: 🍲

Chicken eggs (large) - 5 pcs.
Sugar - 350 g
Salt - 1 tsp l. (no slide)
Soda - 1 tsp l. + lemon juice for quenching
Baking powder - 1 tsp l.
Vanillin - 1 g (sachet)
Ground cinnamon - 2 tsp l.
Cocoa powder - 2 tsp l.
Wheat flour - 350 g
Vegetable oil (refined, odorless) - 150 g
Apples - 1 kg (weight of peeled apples).

✨Number of ingredients is based on a 26 cm dish. This time I cooked only half of the portion, because the guests were not expected, and my family and I had enough a small pie to drink tea several times

So, we drive the eggs into a deep bowl, convenient for beating. Pour the entire norm of sugar there at once, add salt and vanillin (or 10 g of vanilla sugar).

Beat everything with a mixer for 5-7 minutes, until the mass becomes white, glossy and airy. Pour in vegetable oil and beat for a while.

Then add cinnamon and cocoa. Cocoa powder needs good, preferably alkalized. Cocoa for drinks in this case will not work.

We also sift flour into the dough, add baking powder.

We mix everything with a spatula, with smooth movements from bottom to top, in order to maintain the airiness of the mass. We extinguish the soda with lemon juice or apple cider vinegar, add to the dough and mix again. It should turn out to be quite thick, but not clogged. We put the dough aside for now.

Peel and core the apples, cut them into small cubes or slices - whichever you prefer.

Add the prepared apples to the dough and mix.

We put the dough in a greased and sprinkled with cocoa (or flour) in a baking dish, and send it to bake in the oven ...

And such a cake is baked in an oven preheated to 170-180 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

We check the readiness with a thin wooden skewer. If after a puncture there is no raw dough on it, take out the cake, let it cool slightly and remove it from the mold. Cut into portions and serve. The pie turns out to be amazing - very aromatic, with tender dough and juicy filling. Cook, taste, Enjoy your tea!
