✅ 👌 Cottage cheese is a perfect breakfast product. Cheesecakes, casseroles, lazy dumplings, buns, pancakes are made from it - and all this turns out to be very tasty and healthy.

Today I want to offer you recipe for curd rolls, which will take you about 10 minutes to cook without having to knead the dough at all. And you need an ordinary thin pita bread.

It turns out a very budget delicious breakfast or snack. Try it and see for yourself!

📕Ingredients for making pita curd rolls: 🍲

Thin lavash (large) - 1 pc.
Cottage cheese - 150 g
Sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
Egg - 1 pc.
Unscented sunflower oil - for frying

👨🏻‍🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

Since in this recipe you do not need to knead the dough, because ready-to-eat pita bread is used, let's start cooking with the filling. To do this, put the cottage cheese in a deep bowl, add sugar and an egg. You can also add a small pinch of vanillin.

✨ The fat content of cottage cheese does not play a special role, but moisture is important. It is better to take a drier cottage cheese, then the filling will not break the pita bread. If the curd is grainy, you can rub it through a sieve if desired. But, as practice shows, these are unnecessary body movements, you can just grind the lumps well with a fork while mixing the filling.

Rub everything thoroughly with a fork, trying to achieve uniformity.

Now we take a sheet of pita bread, level it on the working surface of the table and distribute all our prepared curd mass over it.

Now you need to roll the pita bread with the curd filling into a roll, but from experience I know that if you roll it whole into one roll, it turns out to be too thick. It is better to twist it to half, cut off and twist one roll - that is, you get 2 rolls in total.

And then we cut both rolls into portioned pieces, in total we get about 10 - 12 pieces.

Pour quite a bit of vegetable oil into the pan, heat it up and lay out the rolls as much as will fit. Fry over low heat until golden brown, covering the pan with a lid so that the inside of the rolls are well saturated with the filling and become tender.

Then turn over and bring the dish to a golden brown crust on the other side.

Serve immediately, until the rolls have cooled down. They are crispy on the outside and softest on the inside. The curd filling goes very well with thin lavash dough. Cook, taste, Enjoy your tea!
