This no-bake raspberry dessert is very tender. It perfectly combines the most delicate cream and light sourness of fragrant raspberries.

Ingredients:

Custard

  • milk - 500 ml
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 100 g
  • corn starch (potato) - 30 g
  • butter - 30 g
  • vanilla sugar - 10 g

Berry layer

  • frozen raspberries - 500 g
  • sugar - 100 g
  • corn starch (potato) - 1 tbsp. l.

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's make a custard for dessert.
Pour about 250 ml of milk into a saucepan and set on fire to boil.

2. Break 2 eggs into the remaining 250 ml of milk and mix everything well with a whisk.

3. Pour 100 g of sugar, 30 g of corn starch into a separate dry container, it can be replaced with potato and 10 g of vanilla sugar. Stir all dry ingredients.
Pour the stirred milk and eggs into the dry mixture. Mix everything until smooth.

4. As soon as the milk in the saucepan has boiled, pour the prepared mixture into it, stirring with a whisk.
Cook the cream constantly stirring over low heat, so as not to burn.
As soon as the cream boils, remove it from the heat.

5. Immediately, add 30 g of butter to the still hot custard.
Stir everything until the oil is completely dissolved. Let the cream cool to a slightly warm state.

While the cream is cooling, it must be stirred periodically so that a crust does not form on top.

6. Cooking a berry layer for dessert.
Pour 100 g of sugar and 1 tbsp into a bowl. with a small slide of cornstarch. We mix everything.
We put 500 g of raspberries in a saucepan, I use frozen, but you can take fresh ones.
Add the dry mixture to the raspberries.

7. We mix everything and put it on the stove. Cook the berries, stirring constantly over low heat. Instead of raspberries, you can use other berries or fruits, for example: blueberries, cherries, currants, lingonberries.
As soon as the berry mixture boils and thickens a little, remove it from the heat and also let it cool.

8. We collect dessert.
Put the custard on the bottom of the glass or bowl with a spoon.
We spread the berry layer on it.

9. Then put the custard on top again. In order for the layer of custard not to squeeze out a more liquid berry layer, it must be carefully laid out, as if gluing it to the sides of the glass.
Put a small layer of berries on top again.
From this amount of ingredients, I got 4 glasses of dessert with a capacity of 250 ml.
Put the dessert in the refrigerator to freeze.

10. Decorate the frozen dessert with grated white chocolate before serving and serve.

Dessert with custard and raspberries turned out to be very tasty and light. The sweet and tender custard goes well with the aromatic sweet and sour berry raspberry layer.
