There are many ways to cook a chicken breast so that it is never tired.
And how can bother chicken breast, similar in taste to super meat pizza ?!
We will need 2 servings:
- small chicken - 260 g,
- cherry tomatoes - 80 g
- pepper - 40 g
- pickled cucumber - 40 g,
- cream 10% - 40 g
- low fat cheese - 50 grams,
- salt, black pepper, dried garlic to taste.
Let's cook! Especially since it is very easy and fast! And how delicious - almost pizza!
Fillet cut into two layers, helping to reveal a knife piece of meat evenly.
Slightly repel layers chicken breast and shift their ip baking dish or pan at once.
Breast, salt, pepper, garlic and sprinkle dry lubricates every piece of 10% cream. 1 teaspoon of sour cream on each slice.
Spread on the breast bell pepper, cut into small cubes, slices of pickled cucumber and cherry tomatoes.
Sprinkle all low-fat shredded cheese in an oven to remove 200 g for 25-30 minutes.
