Ingredients:
- sand tartlets - 10 pcs.
- salted red fish - 50-100 g
- salad yogurt - 2-3 tbsp. l.
- boiled eggs - 1 pc.
- small fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
- dill - small bunch
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
Step by step recipe
1. Preparing the filling for the baskets.
Three 100 g of cheese on a fine grater.
1 boiled egg, too, three on a fine grater.
Finely chop a small bunch of dill.
2. Put grated cheese and prepared egg in a bowl. Here we squeeze 2 cloves of garlic through a press. Add chopped dill. We fill the filling with 2-3 tbsp. not sweet thick yogurt. Mix everything well. You can also use mayonnaise instead of yogurt.
3. Fill the tartlets with the finished filling. This amount of filling is enough for about 10 tartlets.
4. We take a piece of red salted fish and cut it into slices. For 10 tartlets, I needed about 50 g of salmon. We roll each piece of salmon into a roll, imitating a rose.
5. Since I had a thick piece of fish, the roses turned out to be high and it would be inconvenient to put them in a basket, so I cut all the roses in half.
We put red fish roses in the center of each tartlet.
6. Cut one small cucumber into slices. Cut the circles in half.
7. We insert half-prepared cucumber circles along the edge of the tartlet around the rose.
The tartlets are ready and ready to serve.
The tartlets with cheese filling and a fish rosette turned out to be very tasty and beautiful. They are perfect for the festive table, as a replacement for the already familiar sandwiches.
