Ingredients:
Milk layer
- milk - 600 ml
- sugar - 30 g (3 tbsp. l.)
- gelatin - 15 g (3 tsp. l.)
- vanilla sugar - 10 g
Peach layer
- canned peaches - 1 can (820 g)
- gelatin - 5 g (1 tsp. l.)
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare the milky layer.
Pour 15 g of gelatin into a bowl and pour about 100 ml of milk. Mix everything and leave the gelatin to swell.
2. Pour 30 g of sugar and 10 g of vanilla sugar into the rest of the milk. We mix everything. In total, 600 ml of milk will be needed for dessert.
3. The gelatin is already swollen. We dissolve it in the microwave in pulses of 10 seconds. Stir after each time. Also, gelatin can be dissolved over low heat, stirring constantly.
4. Pour the dissolved gelatin into the prepared milk. We mix everything.
5. Pour the prepared mixture into bowls. I took 4 bowls of 330 ml. We put the bowls in the refrigerator to freeze.
6. The milky layer has frozen, we begin to prepare the next layer.
Take 300 ml of canned peach syrup and pour 1 tsp into it. l. gelatin. Mix everything and leave the gelatin to swell.
7. Cut the halves of canned peaches into thin slices. For dessert, you will need one 820 ml jar of peaches.
8. We spread the peach plates on the frozen milky layer in a circle from the edges to the center in the form of a flower.
9. The gelatin in the syrup is already swollen, dissolve it in the microwave or over low heat, stirring constantly.
10. Slowly pour the prepared syrup into the peach rose. If you pour the syrup very quickly, a lot of bubbles will appear and the peaches may move. We put everything in the refrigerator to freeze again.
The dessert with peaches turned out to be very beautiful and tasty. It is easy to prepare and is perfect for a festive table. From this amount of ingredients, 4 dessert bowls of 330 ml each are obtained.
