Ingredients:

  • strawberries - 350 g
  • cottage cheese - 300 g
  • sugar - 170 g
  • milk - 100 ml
  • water - 50 ml
  • gelatin 15 g

Step by step recipe

1. First, take 15 g of gelatin, fill it with 50 ml. cold water and stir. Leave the gelatin to swell for 15 minutes.

2. Put 350 g of thawed strawberries in a chopper and add 70 grams of sugar. We grind everything.

3. In the same way, pour 300 g of cottage cheese into the chopper bowl, add the remaining 100 grams of sugar to it and pour 100 ml of milk. Grind everything until smooth.

4. Transfer the curd and strawberry masses to separate bowls.

5. Melt the swollen gelatin over low heat, stirring constantly.

6. Add half of the melted gelatin to the curd mass and mix well immediately.

7. Pour the other half of the gelatin into the strawberries and mix well too.

8. We take a bowl or glass and lay out alternating strawberry and curd layers. In order for the layers to be clear, carefully put the strawberry layer as close to the walls of the bowl as possible. The last layer should be strawberry.

9. Put about 2 tablespoons of the curd mass in a culinary bag. Cut off a small tip.

10. In a bowl, on a strawberry layer, draw two hearts with a curd mass. Draw a toothpick over a small heart in order to make the drawing more interesting.
We put the dessert in the refrigerator for about half an hour, so that it freezes.

The dessert turned out to be tender, very tasty and romantic. Be sure to cook it.
