This salad with crab sticks got its name for a reason, it really turns out to be incredibly delicate in taste. Today it has overgrown with many options, because every housewife is trying to add something new and unusual to her taste. We will prepare the old classic version of the "Tender" salad with a minimum amount of ingredients.

Ingredients:
Crab sticks - 100 g
Processed cheese - 100 g
Chicken egg - 2 pcs.
Sweet and sour apple - 100 g
Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
How to cook:
To reproduce the recipe, prepare all the required foods. Take crab sticks of a good quality trusted manufacturer, you should not save, the better the product, the tastier the salad will be. Defrost beforehand.
Wash the apple, wipe it dry. Boil the chicken eggs. Boil them after boiling for no longer than 10 minutes. Then cool in ice water, peel from the shell.
Prepare the dish or glass salad bowl in which you plan to serve the salad. Free the crab sticks from the cellophane packaging, cut into small cubes or grate on a coarse grater. Place in the first layer on the bottom of the plate. Lightly brush with low-fat mayonnaise.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Grate the first ones and put the next layer, which is the same as the previous one, lightly grease with mayonnaise.
Cut the apple into two parts, peel and core, grate and lay out in the next layer. The apple layer also needs to be slightly greased with mayonnaise sauce.
Remove the packaging from the processed cheese, grate it. Place the viscous shavings on the apple layer and press lightly with a kitchen spatula or a regular tablespoon. You do not need to grease a layer of cheese with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with grated yolk on top, this will be the final layer of the dish. Cover the salad container with cling film and let it brew for a while. Garnish with a sprig of fresh herbs before serving.
Gently cut the prepared "Delicate" salad with crab sticks, apple and cheese into portions and serve with a kitchen spatula, being careful not to damage its layers.
