This dessert with nuts has a rich creamy milky taste, and the abundance of nuts adds zest. Preparing such a dessert is very simple, without baking and even without gelatin. Everyone can cope with such a dessert.

Ingredients:

  • milk - 1 l
  • flour - 120 g
  • starch - 25 g (2 tbsp. l.)
  • sugar - 170 g
  • butter - 20 g
  • vanilla sugar - 10 g
  • roasted peanuts - 100 g
  • black chocolate - 50 g
  • cream 10% - 2-4 tbsp. l.
  • pistachios - 10 g

Step by step recipe

1. Pour 1 liter of milk into a saucepan, pour 120 g of flour, 170 g of sugar and 2 tbsp. l. starch. We put everything on fire.
Cook the cream over low heat, stirring constantly with a whisk, so that no lumps form.

2. When the mixture thickens and begins to boil, boil for another 1 minute and remove from heat. If the cream is not boiled, then the taste of flour will be felt in it.

3. Remove the cream from the heat and immediately add 20 g of butter and 10 g of vanilla sugar to it. Mix everything until smooth.
Without waiting for cooling, pour the prepared cream into glass cups. Glasses must necessarily expand upward or be flat, so that later the dessert can be removed from the glass.
From this amount of ingredients, I got 4 glasses of 250 ml.

4. Let the cream cool completely, and then put it in the refrigerator.

5. While the cream is cooling, prepare the nuts.
Cut 100 g of fried peanuts into small pieces with a knife. Other nuts such as walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, or pistachios can be used instead of peanuts.

6. The cream is frozen. We put the glasses on their side so that the air enters between the cream and the glass. Then we turn it over and the cream comes out of the glass with ease.

7. We cut each piece into 2 parts. Dip the dessert on the sides in chopped peanuts and put on a dish.

8. Cooking the icing.
Break 50 g of dark chocolate into a bowl and pour 2 tbsp. cream or milk. We put everything in the microwave for 10 seconds.
Take out and mix. Then put it in the microwave again for 10 seconds and stir again.
If the chocolate is not liquid enough, then pour in a little more milk or cream. Milk or cream should be well heated to prevent curdling. You should get a fairly thick, but pouring glaze.

9. With the prepared icing, immediately pour the dessert on top and evenly distribute it with a spoon.

10. Cut 10 g of green pistachios into small pieces. Chopped pistachios Decorate the dessert on top.
Dessert is ready to serve.
