The other day I was reminded of existing in my freezer half pink, I went there as a nest egg.
Since I bought the pink salmon in frozen form, it had little to thaw, to cut in half and one half frozen again.
Fish was already myagkovataya, not the best quality, but it is edible. And then I did more and again sent to the freezer.
Reuse half frozen fish except in burgers I hand was raised.
And so, taking his fish nest egg, I decided to cook fish cutlets.
Fish burgers always come to the rescue, when suddenly bad buy fresh or frozen fish upset you.

It took me (grams indicated for those who believe KBZHU):
- fish (I had salmon - 560 g already clean fish meat)
- one onion - 70 g
- small carrot - 60 g,
- butter - 10 g
- cream 10% fat - 50 g
- chicken egg,
- dill - 10 g
- wholegrain flour for dusting any,
- sunflower oil - 10 g
- salt and black pepper to taste.
Preparation.
First I cleaned vegetables. Finely chop the onion, carrot and rubbed sent them fry in a nonstick frying pan without oil, adding a little bit of water.
I do not like in dishes undercooked onions and carrots - in my opinion they have a specific smell and taste (especially carrots).
Yes, and tasty burgers in just slightly roasted.
When the onions and carrots are almost ready and the water we added evaporated - remove them from the heat and add the butter, mix well to melt butter.
While I prepared onions and carrots, I cleaned fish, leaving only the meat that is ground in a blender.
Then add the minced fish: eggs, cream, salt, pepper, finely chopped dill and our zazharku of onion and carrot.
Mix well with a mixer.
We get minced fish from which we sculpt burgers.
Cutlets are molded very well just wet hands. I have them rolled in whole wheat flour and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil.
Attention! Who wants to get a very low-calorie burgers - bake in the oven or fry on elektrogrile.
I wanted this time to fry a little, because it is prepared not only for themselves. Stir fry under the lid over medium heat on both sides.
