We need:
- 3 small zucchini (about 1.5 kg)
- big carrot and onion.
- salt, black pepper to taste.
- garlic (3-4 cloves).
Preparation.
Young taverns wash well (I do not peel the skin of young zucchini, only cleans the damaged areas) and cut into medium-sized cubes.
Carrots rubbed on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion.
Onions and carrots fry in a nonstick frying pan over a drop of olive oil.
Does not stick to add a little water.
We would like onions and carrots until soft and add to the pan squash.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Bring to a readiness courgettes under cover.
Add the chopped garlic, stir, remove from heat and give then the lid.
Our zucchini ready!
They can be eaten as a separate dish. It turns low-calorie and healthy!
And when tired, I like to mix steamed zucchini, for example with boiled buckwheat or rice. It turns out very tasty and quite another dish, just warmed and ready. You can also add the boiled chicken breast.
