Today I want to offer you another recipe chicken roll, which will be a perfect snack or you can just put on a healthy whole grain hlebushek and enjoy the taste.

Excellent replacement of sausages and other semi-finished products.

Let's cook.

✅Nam need:

  • chicken breast fillet - 890 g (3 medium fillets)
  • greens (I have a small bunch of parsley and dill (20 g)
  • 4-5 garlic cloves (25 g),
  • seasoning hops suneli 1-1.5 tsp with slide,
  • salt, black pepper to taste.
  • 5 g of gelatin

Chicken breast cut into layers and slightly repel (in the video clearly shows how to cut the breast).

Garlic and fresh herbs finely chop.

Take the foil and lay it on the table.

Decompose on the foil layers of chicken breast, tight, to avoid holes.

Chicken breast, salt, pepper and sprinkle with hops-suneli.

Spices do not regret!

In fact, you can put paprika and other spices that you like. The more of your favorite spices - the tastier and richer will roll.

Sprinkle chicken breast with garlic and herbs, and the top, trying to evenly sprinkle the dry gelatin.

Next, we turn roll neatly via foil. We try to wrap up as tightly as possible and turn off the sides of the foil as a candy, tamping firmly.

Remove the loaf in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
