Ingredients:
- cheese - 200 g
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- dill - 1 bunch
- garlic - 1-2 cloves
- waffle boats - 48 pcs.
Step by step recipe
1. 200 g three cheese on a fine grater.
4 boiled eggs, three on a coarse grater.
Grind a small bunch of fresh dill. You can also use frozen dill.
2. Put grated cheese, eggs and chopped dill in a bowl.
Here we squeeze 2 cloves of garlic through a press and add 3-4 tbsp. l. mayonnaise.
Mix everything well.
3. Gently stuff the waffle boats with the prepared filling.
One boat holds about 1 teaspoon of the filling.
This amount of filling was enough for 48 boats.
4. We put the appetizer beautifully on the dish.
Decorate the top of the boat with a parsley leaf.
