  • If the dough is hot, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  • If it is still cold, then roll out a circle with a diameter of 28-30 cm.
  • Put it in a mold, prick it with a fork and put it in the refrigerator for 40-50 minutes.

SEASONAL FILLING

  • All vegetables must be washed and dried.
  • Boil finely chopped carrots in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
  • The rest of the vegetables are also finely chopped, salted and baked in the oven or microwave.
  • Cut the tomatoes into thin slices too.
  • You can use sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Chop the onion and brisket.
  • Place the brisket in a hot skillet.
  • Fry a little and add onion.

  • Remove the base from the refrigerator.

FILLING

  • Allow the finished base to cool slightly and place the bacon and onion on the bottom.

  • When the vegetables are laid out neatly between the layers, spread the filling.
Send the cake to the oven and lower the temperature to 175 ° C.
