3 cups flour

Preparation:

We mix kefir with butter and heat it a little, up to 25-30 degrees.

Sift the flour, add salt, sugar and yeast to it.
Gradually pour this mixture into warmed kefir.

Knead the smooth dough, cover it with a clean napkin and let it rest for 30-40 minutes.

During this time, we will prepare the filling for the pies.

We cut the dough into balls, then roll each slightly.

We spread the filling and pinch the edges of the pies.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper or grease with oil and sprinkle with semolina.
We put our pies on it with the seam down. It is possible and up, only on condition that you pinch them well.

Lubricate them with whipped egg white or yolk (whoever likes what) and send them to an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

We bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown. In some ovens, the baking time may be shorter. Focus on your oven.
