Ingredients:

  • fermented baked milk - 450 ml
  • bananas - 2 pcs.
  • water - 50 ml
  • sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp. l.
  • gelatin - 10 g
  • chocolate - for decoration

Step by step recipe

1. Pour 10 g of gelatin into a bowl and pour 50 ml of water at room temperature. Mix everything and leave to swell for about 10 minutes.

2. Cut into slices 2 medium bananas into a blender glass. Pour 2 tbsp here. cocoa and 2 tbsp. Sahara.

3. Pour 450 ml of fermented baked milk. Beat everything until smooth.
If desired, sugar can not be added to the dessert.

4. The gelatin is already swollen. We heat it up in the microwave to make it warm well.
For convenience, pour the prepared mass of fermented baked milk and banana into a container with a spout. Gradually pour melted gelatin here. Mix everything well. Fermented baked milk for dessert should be used at room temperature. If the fermented baked milk is cold, then the gelatin can immediately harden and lumps form.

5. The prepared mixture is immediately poured into glasses or bowls. From this amount of ingredients, I got 3 cups of dessert, 250 ml each.
We put the glasses with dessert to freeze in the refrigerator.

6. Three small piece of dark chocolate on a coarse grater.
Decorate the frozen dessert with grated chocolate on top.
