Delicious layered salad for a festive table. It perfectly combines tender baked chicken with pickled mushrooms and a juicy apple. Cheese and eggs add satiety to the salad. And the design in the form of a gift will not leave anyone indifferent.
The GIFT salad is perfect for any festive table and will always be appropriate. It is prepared very simply from the most affordable set of products. Decorating a salad is not at all difficult and you definitely will not have any difficulties with this.

Ingredients:
- baked chicken fillet (boiled) - 300 g
- pickled mushrooms - 250 g
- boiled carrots - 2-3 pcs.
- boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
- mayonnaise - 150 g
- cheese - 70 g
- apples - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
Marinade for onions
- salt - 1/2 tsp l.
- sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
- vinegar 9% - 2 tbsp. l.
- boiling water - 1 tbsp.
Decoration
- carrots - 1 pc.
- beets - 1 pc. small
- parsley - bunch
Step by step recipe
1. First, pickle the onions. Cut it into a quarter of a ring and put it in a small bowl.
Add 1 tbsp to the onion. l. sugar, 0.5 tsp l. salt and 2 tbsp. l. vinegar. Pour everything with a glass of boiling water, mix and leave to cool completely.
2. Cut the baked chicken fillet into small cubes.
Add the cooled pickled onion to the fillet and mix.
3. Put the meat with onions on a large plate, forming a square.
Apply a net of mayonnaise on top.
4. Cut the pickled mushrooms into small pieces. Put the chopped mushrooms on the meat layer.
Apply mayonnaise on top.
5. Grate boiled carrots on a fine grater. We spread it in the third layer.
We also put mayonnaise on the carrots.
6. Peel the apples from the core and peel. Three of them on a coarse grater.
Put the apples on the carrot layer and grease with mayonnaise.
7. Divide boiled eggs into yolk and white.
8. Rub the yolk on a coarse grater and then rub the cheese to the yolk.
Mix the yolk with cheese.
9. Put the yolks with cheese on top of the salad.
Apply mayonnaise to the entire salad on top and on the sides.
Distribute the mayonnaise with a fork over the salad and, where necessary, giving it a square shape.
10. Rub the proteins on a fine grater. Sprinkle the whole salad with grated proteins on top and on the sides.
11. Now let's start decorating the salad. We take raw carrots and cut them into thin strips with a vegetable peeler.
Where necessary, we cut the strips with a knife to make carrot ribbons.
12. Put the carrot ribbons on the salad.
13. Now we make a rose from beets. Take small beets and cut them into very thin slices. We put the circles in a row, overlap each other.
14. We fold the resulting tape as tightly as possible. To prevent the rose from spinning, we fasten it with toothpicks.
If the rose is very tall, cut off the bottom of it. You can also trim off the tips of toothpicks.
Place the beetroot rose in the center of the salad on the carrot ribbons.
15. Decorate the salad with parsley sprigs around the rose. Put parsley leaves on the bottom of the salad.
The salad is ready, you can serve it. The salad turned out to be beautiful, original and, moreover, very tasty. Such a salad will decorate any festive table.
