How to make vegan curd without curd

Admin

This vegan curd is made from green buckwheat and tastes almost indistinguishable from normal. All vegans who have tried this curd love this alternative to regular curd. Such curd does not "cement" the intestines (does not clog the system), but on the contrary helps to cleanse the body.

Ingredients:

1. Green buckwheat - 1 glass

2. Banana - 2-3 pieces (ripe)

3. Raspberries - a handful (currants or others. sour berries)

4. Coconut yogurt or coconut milk - half a cup

5. Water - 1 glass

Preparation

In the evening, buckwheat was poured with cold water (by the way, for those who did not know brown buckwheat - this is fried green, i.e. green live buckwheat).

In the morning, buckwheat was rinsed with warm water, poured into a glass of an immersion blender, banana pulp and berries were added, coconut yogurt or milk was added.

Beat everything together almost until smooth (it is possible not much, so that grains resembling curd mass remain.

Put it in a cup or glass and bon appetit. Discovering curd in a new way!
