Making a tender raw food green soup for business good.
Ingredients:
1. Broccoli - 3 (strong cruciferous detox effect)
2. Pumpkin pulp - a piece of 5x5 cm (vitamin A ...)
3. Pumpkin Seed - Handful (zinc, antiparasitic)
4. Dill - a bunch (cleans the genitourinary system)
5. Garlic - 1 clove (strengthens the immune system, protects against viruses)
6. Seasoning - khmeli-suneli (great taste)
7. Water - 1 glass (preferably melted)
Preparation
We immerse broccoli (you can from the freezer) and pumpkin pulp (you can also be frozen) into a blender container, add pumpkin seeds to gymnosperms (pre-soaked in water for 2 hours or a night).
Then we throw dill (you can frozen), do not forget about your favorite spices, garlic (gives a special taste to this soup), salt to taste. We pour warm water (hot water is also possible, if the device "tolerates").
If you want a hotter soup, you can always warm it up later on a steam bath or in another way. Pour into a cup, decorate with dill, add butter (if desired) and get a lively, quite satisfying raw-food puree soup with vitamins stored in it.
